It is not distilled from anything; it is an accord built from synthetic molecules such as ethyl maltol, maltol and vanillin.
Expect a slightly burnt, creamy sweetness with a fruity edge. Sugar usually sits in the heart of a fragrance, but it lasts well and often carries into the base. It pairs naturally with vanilla, tonka, praline, red berries and musks, and it softens powdery florals.
