Marshmallow smells soft, powdery and sweet with vanilla and light caramel nuances, giving a fragrance a pink, fluffy and playful gourmand effect.

The confection takes its name from the marsh mallow plant, Althaea officinalis, once used to make it, but the perfume note is inspired by the sweet, not the plant. It is an accord built from ethyl maltol, vanillin, heliotropin and musks, close to candy floss yet more powdery and creamy. Marshmallow sits mainly in the heart of a fragrance and often in the base. It pairs with vanilla, praline, red berries, rose, heliotrope and musks.
