Perfumes with frangipani

Frangipani smells creamy and sweet with peach and coconut nuances: a sunny tropical flower that gives a fragrance a warm, soft white-floral character.

A small amount of absolute is made from Plumeria flowers, but the note is mostly an accord built from salicylates, lactones and white-floral molecules. It sits close to jasmine and tuberose yet is less indolic, fruitier and creamier, sometimes recalling sun lotion on skin. Frangipani is used almost entirely in the heart. It pairs with coconut, tiare, jasmine, ylang-ylang, vanilla and sandalwood.

frangipani appears in 1,220 perfumes in the Fisfis catalogue and is used mostly as a heart note.
